ORH 2014 - The First Day of Surgery

At 6.30am the team was collected at the hotel entrance to be taken to the hospital which was reached after a busy drive through heavy traffic after 1 hour. Short check of each theatre which ahd to be prepared the day before and we were ready to begin! The first children are on the table and full concentration is required during the procedure. Many of these children require at least one operation but sometime sequential consecutive surgery until the affliction has be repaired.
